Requesting a donation
To request a donation on behalf of your organization, please fill out the Donation Request Form. Your request must include your W-9. Requests without a W-9 will not be considered.
Selection Criteria:
- Proximity to Encore Wire Corporation
- Proposal quality
- Organization's reputation for implementation and use of funds
- Plans for tracking use and effectiveness of funds
- Tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the U. S. Internal Revenue Code
FUnding not typically approved:
- Telephone solicitations or verbal requests
- Requests from communities outside of Encore Wire Corporation's area of operations
- Individuals (school events, travel, conferences, etc.)
- Political and lobbying groups or candidates
- Endowment programs
